What This Privacy Policy Covers

MesoTrader, Inc. ("MesoTrader") operates the mesotrader.ai website and provides related services. This Privacy Policy explains how MesoTrader collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you interact with our website and services, including the MesoTrader Discord bot.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that MesoTrader does not own or control or to individuals that MesoTrader does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

MesoTrader collects personal information when you register with MesoTrader, when you use MesoTrader products or services, and when you visit MesoTrader pages or the pages of certain MesoTrader partners. MesoTrader may combine information about you with information obtained from business partners or other companies.

When you register, we ask for information such as your name, email address, address, city, and country. Once you register with MesoTrader and sign in to our services, you are no longer anonymous to us.

MesoTrader collects information about your transactions with us and some of our business partners, including information about your use of the products and services that we offer.

MesoTrader automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, MesoTrader cookie information, and the page you request. In the case of the MesoTrader Discord bot, we may collect limited user and server metadata such as your Discord user ID, server ID, command usage, and timestamps of interactions.

MesoTrader uses information for the following general purposes:

• * To provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients

Use of the MesoTrader Discord Bot

MesoTrader provides a Discord bot ("the Bot") as part of its services. When you interact with the Bot (e.g., by issuing a command or accepting the Terms of Service), we may collect certain Discord-specific identifiers and metadata, including:

• Your Discord user ID
• The ID of the server where the Bot is installed
• Timestamps of your interactions
• Commands issued to the Bot

This information is used to operate the Bot, enforce our Terms of Use, and improve service functionality. We do not collect or access the content of your personal messages or private Discord communications.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

MesoTrader does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

• * We provide information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with MesoTrader under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help MesoTrader communicate with you about offers from MesoTrader and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
• * We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
• * We believe it is necessary to share information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, potential threats to physical safety, violations of MesoTrader’s Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.
• * If MesoTrader is acquired by or merged with another company, we may transfer information about you. In this event, MesoTrader will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Cookies

MesoTrader may set and access MesoTrader cookies on your computer. These apply only to the mesotrader.ai website and not to the Bot or third-party platforms like Discord.

MesoTrader uses web beacons to access MesoTrader cookies inside and outside our network of websites and in connection with MesoTrader products and services.

Your Ability to Edit Your Account Information and Preferences

You can edit your MesoTrader account information, including your preferences, at any time. Because Discord account data is managed by Discord Inc., users must manage their profile information and privacy settings through the Discord platform.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the MesoTrader service, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and our newsletter, that are considered part of your MesoTrader account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

Confidentiality and Security

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or to do their jobs.

In certain areas, MesoTrader uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmissions.

Data Retention for Bot Interactions

We may retain a record of Terms of Service acceptances and other bot interactions for compliance and auditing. These records include Discord user ID, server ID, timestamp, and accepted TOS version.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

MesoTrader may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your MesoTrader account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
